What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of the Local Visibility Lab marketing site at localvisibilitylab.io, including the contact form, blog content, and any free tools published on this domain. Paid subscriptions and platform accounts on the Local Visibility Lab platform are governed by a separate set of platform terms you accept when you create an account. If you are using the platform, those platform terms take precedence over anything here for platform-specific matters.

Local Visibility Lab is a product of Simple SEO Marketing. References to "we," "us," or "our" in these terms refer to Simple SEO Marketing and the Local Visibility Lab product.

Acceptable use

You may use this site for its intended purpose: learning about Local Visibility Lab, contacting us with questions, and reading published content. A few things are not allowed:

• Submitting false or misleading information through the contact form, including impersonating another person or organization
• Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction of site content at a rate or scale that disrupts normal site operation
• Attempting to probe, scan, or test the site for vulnerabilities or attempting unauthorized access to any part of the site infrastructure
• Using the contact form to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or requests that have no genuine relationship to Local Visibility Lab's services

We reserve the right to block access from IP addresses or organizations that violate these terms, and to discard contact form submissions that are clearly abusive or automated.

The reinstatement service

The GBP reinstatement service described on the reinstatement inquiry page is a professional services engagement. The fee is disclosed at engagement time, before any work begins, and is due upon engagement. Here is what that service includes and what it does not include:

The service includes: case review and documentation assessment, preparation of the appeal submission, use of our AI documentation evaluator to check your evidence package, and the submission of the appeal to Google. On cases requiring deeper expertise, Kevin Pauls (Platinum Product Expert for Google Business Profile) provides direct guidance and assistance to the appeals team.

The service does not include a guarantee of reinstatement. Google controls the appeal review process, and no professional service can guarantee Google's decision. We will tell you honestly, before you pay, whether your case has a reasonable basis for appeal. If we believe a profile is unlikely to be reinstated based on what we see in your documentation, we will say so, and you can decide whether to proceed.

Refunds: once the appeal has been prepared and submitted, the work has been delivered. Refunds are not issued on the basis of an unsuccessful outcome, since the outcome is controlled by a third party. If you believe there is a billing error or a dispute about whether the agreed work was performed, reach out through the contact page and we will address it promptly.

Intellectual property

All content on localvisibilitylab.io, including written articles, tool interfaces, design elements, and the Local Visibility Lab name and logo, is owned by Simple SEO Marketing unless otherwise stated. You may share links to this content and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce articles in full, republish design elements, or use the Local Visibility Lab name or logo in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation without our written permission.

Any information you provide to us through the contact form (descriptions of your situation, questions, feedback) remains your information. Submitting it to us does not transfer ownership. We may reference the general nature of inquiries (without identifying you) when describing our services, but we will not quote your messages publicly without your permission.

Platform subscription

Paid subscriptions to the Local Visibility Lab platform are handled separately on the platform itself. Billing, feature access, cancellation policy, and data handling for platform subscribers are governed by the platform terms presented at signup. If you have questions about platform billing or your subscription, the fastest path is through the platform's account settings or through our contact page.

Disclaimer of warranties

This site and its content are provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and the site functional, but we do not warrant that the site will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Content on this site, including blog posts and product descriptions, reflects our understanding as of the publication date. Google's policies, products, and behavior change. We cannot guarantee that any specific technique, approach, or tool recommendation will produce a particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Simple SEO Marketing and Local Visibility Lab are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the reinstatement service, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the services described on this site is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. For the marketing site itself, where no payment has been made, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Simple SEO Marketing operates. We have intentionally not named a specific province or state here because our operational jurisdiction may change as the business grows. If a dispute arises, we will work in good faith to resolve it informally before either party pursues formal proceedings.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you have a paid engagement in progress when terms change, the terms in effect at the time of payment apply to that engagement.
